Melvin Ajinca is yet another French prospect with high upside in this draft class. Ajinca is an aggressive transition-based scorer with this size and athleticism to consistently finish around the rim. He has games where the jump shot is also falling where he looks like he could compete in the NBA today, but also has had multiple games recently where he looks lost on offense. The shooting mechanics do look good the majority of the time so if he continues improving this at the next level, his offensive game should continue to grow. He is an NBA level athlete who jumps passing lanes and is more impressive as a team defender rather than one-on-one. I see Ajinca as a solid 3&D player with plenty of room in his game to expand.
