Profile
RJ Davis is an undersized guard, but has been undeniably one of the most productive scorers in the NCAA. Davis is lightning quick and could be argued that he is one of the most difficult players in the nation for defenders to stay in front of. I’ve been really impressed by his ability to attack with either hand before creating his own shot or dumping it off the teammates. His three point shooting should translate to the next level despite being only six feet tall. He creates open looks along the perimeter and is also able to knock down catch and shoot looks consistently. I see Davis as next to a non-factor on defense in the NBA, but if he is able to find ways to be serviceable on that end, he would be a very valuable guard option in this class.
